By using this website or engaging Forward Output for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Forward Output is based in Illinois, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Forward Output provides web development, branding, SEO, digital marketing, and AI automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project are defined in a written proposal or agreement provided to you before work begins.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Deposit. A 50% deposit is required before any project work begins. This deposit is non-refundable once work has started.

Final payment. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery of final files. Final deliverables will not be transferred or made live until full payment is received.

Late payments. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date accrue interest at 1.5% per month until paid in full. We reserve the right to pause active work on any project with an outstanding overdue balance.

Discounts and waivers. Forward Output may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional pricing, apply discounts, waive the deposit requirement, or otherwise modify payment terms for any project. Any such accommodation is offered on a case-by-case basis, is not transferable, and does not set a precedent for future projects.

To keep your project on schedule, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Supply all required content (text, images, logos) within the timeframe agreed upon
• Respond to questions and feedback requests within 5 business days
• Designate a single point of contact for project decisions

Delays caused by late content delivery or unresponsiveness on the client's part do not extend our delivery timeline or affect payment due dates.

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Revision requests must be submitted together, not individually over time.

Revisions beyond the included rounds, or requests that fall outside the original agreed scope, are billed at our standard hourly rate, which will be communicated to you before any additional work begins.

Your ownership. Upon receipt of full payment, you own all final deliverables created specifically for your project, including website files, logos, and copy.

Our portfolio rights. Forward Output retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.

Underlying tools. Any proprietary frameworks, templates, or pre-existing code we incorporate into your project remain our property. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use these elements as part of your delivered project.

Third-party assets. Any stock photography, fonts, plugins, or other licensed assets used in your project are subject to their own license terms. We will disclose the use of any such assets.

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties outside of what is necessary to deliver your project (such as hosting providers or payment processors). We are happy to sign a mutual NDA upon request.

Forward Output's total liability for any claim related to a project or service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or data loss.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services (hosting providers, domain registrars, social media platforms, etc.) that are outside our control.

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you owe payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

If Forward Output terminates a project due to client non-payment or breach of these terms, all unpaid balances become immediately due.

Forward Output offers a referral program to past and current clients. When you refer a new client who signs on and pays their first invoice in full, you receive a cash payment equal to 10% of that invoice amount.

Referral payouts are issued within 7 days of the referred client's first payment clearing. Referrals are tracked by unique referral codes assigned by Forward Output. Codes are personal and non-transferable.

Forward Output reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Modifications do not affect payouts already earned from completed transactions at the time of the change.

This website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, or to interfere with its operation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties will be submitted to binding arbitration in Illinois, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
